Welcome to my therapy practice. I am a qualified, insured psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer compassionate and professional support to adults, both in person and online. Whether meeting face-to-face at my therapy spaces in Pimlico or Brixton, or connecting virtually, I provide accessible therapy to clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to provide a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery. With my background, training, and experience, I am well-equipped to help clients navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexuality, gender identity, and more.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy, often referred to as "talk therapy," provides a supportive environment for individuals to explore and address emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges. It helps foster a deeper understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, offering insights and tools to navigate difficulties. By identifying and reshaping unhelpful patterns, psychotherapy encourages positive change. Rather than offering advice, the process focuses on empowering individuals to discover their own solutions, build resilience, and enhance self-awareness.
